Dmitry Cherches joined Mind Over Machines in 1999 and was named Chief Technology Officer in 2002. In addition to setting the Company’s technology strategy, Dmitry takes an active role in client projects and staff development. During his tenure, the Company has increased its depth of expertise and certifications in all key web programming languages, tools and technology platforms.

Dmitry has a diverse background in many technology areas including Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Application Development, High Availability Data Center Management, Enterprise Security and Hardware.

During a previous career at National Information Services Corporation, Inc., Dmitry rose to the position of Director of Technology. His expertise includes the development of high transaction databases and e-commerce applications, high availability servers and storage solutions, and multi-lingual web applications. By setting a high standard for the team, he gained recognition in the marketplace for delivering on time, on budget, results.

Dmitry graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
